We have visited these campsites by ourselves during our one month traveling around Greece and I was surprised by their beauty, that is why I decided to write this article. There are quite many campsites in Greece and it is not always obvious what to choose, so hope this article will be useful for those who are searching for the ideal place in Greece for the holidays.
Moreover, all campsites listed below are members of CampingCard and this means that price in low season (in May, June and September) is only 17 euro per night.
1. Vrachos Kastraki, Meteora

Camping near one of the must-sea in Greece - Meteora monasteries.
You will live with a nice view over grey rocks of this amazing landscape. Toilet facilities are clean and new with hot water in showers.
There are plenty of pitches, so you will definitely choose what you like. Camping’s taverna looks pretty good, but there are other options nearby in walking distance as well.
Wifi was good but only in taverna, but there are many sitting places.
2. Enjoy Lichnos

Camping is situated in the magnificent bay with fine white pebble. Bay is quite big, there are other hotels as well but the atmosphere is very nice. Camping is big, there are some very nice pitches overlooking the sea.
Modern toilet facilities. Big supermarket with normal prices and nice variety of food and fresh bread. Good wifi signal on the pitch.
We spent two nights in this camping and it is really a good place if you are searching for the campsite beside the sea with blue water and nice views.
3. Lefka Beach

This campsite is located in the small magnificent bay where only guests of camping live and swim. Views are amazing, water is crystal blue, however there is no snorkelling. Many pitches overlooking the sea. Romantic city Nafplion is in 14 km.
New modern toilet facilities. Wifi was very slow.
It is really worth visiting if you seek for serenity and relaxation far away from crowds and bars.
4. Delphi Camping

Nice family campsite with pine trees and cosy atmosphere, good place to spend several days near one of the most popular tourist`s destinations - ancient sanctuary Delphi . Some pitches have wonderful views over the Golf of Corinth and small village in the valley. There is beautiful swimming pool and taverna as well.
5. Gythion Bay

Big campsites near sandy beach. A lot of pitches with enough shadow. Nice pool with free sunbeds. Good toilet facilities. Free refrigerator in the kitchen. Wifi was bad.
It is a good option for those who wants to travel around one of the most beautiful and wild region in Greece - peninsula Mani. Also if you like sandy beach - it is good enough.
